In the founder’s words, “holding my life in my hand is what this picture says”. She was holding two medications that kept her going and alive and getting them in Malawi was no small job, but with support of friends and local pharmacy it was done. Unfortunately not everyone’s story is like this and Ruth knew that, hence her mission to help! With this picture is a plea to donate so JDF can screen and educate as many as possible for a better quality of life as a diabetic person.
VOLUNTEER
Her shoes we can not fill, neither can we let her foundation die with her, but her footsteps we can follow in helping others. Hand in hand together we can and will make a decision. Join us to as work together to help one diabetic patient at time.
